Before starting NC&E Accounting, my life was all about taking one step at a time. Being a single mom and working towards my bachelor’s degree was no small feat. Later, getting married, going back to school for my MBA, and passing the CPA exams were big milestones for me. I’ve always seen each challenge as an opportunity to grow and move forward.

The idea of starting my own venture, however, was both exciting and daunting. There were fears and uncertainties. What if my vision for a client-focused bookkeeping and accounting service didn’t resonate? But then, inspired by my family’s unwavering belief in my potential, 

I saw a clear path forward. 

I was determined to fill a gap I saw in the market: the need for a bookkeeping and accounting service that was not only technically proficient but also exceptionally responsive, accurate, and timely. This vision led to the creation of NC&E Accounting, aimed at serving the most dedicated entrepreneurs and small businesses in California, and beyond.

The journey was challenging, marked by the usual hurdles of establishing a client base and creating a brand that truly reflected my values. Each obstacle was an opportunity to grow and reaffirm my commitment to my mission.

Facing these challenges, I remained focused on the importance of my mission: to empower business owners with financial clarity and peace of mind, allowing them to concentrate on what they do best.

The most daunting moment came just before opening the doors of NC&E Accounting to the world. The fear of the unknown, the ‘what-ifs’, loomed large. Yet, the drive to make a meaningful difference in the financial health of my clients kept me steadfast.

Through it all, we launched our services, and the response has been incredibly rewarding. The appreciation and trust our clients place in us are the true measures of our success.
